TERMS OF USE

All of the graphics on this site are copyrighted. That means they belong to me. However, you may use the graphics from the 'Linkware' section PROVIDED you abide by the following rules:

(1) The graphics are "free" for use on personal homepages only. Commercial, for-profit and/or business sites must either purchase the graphics outright or pay a licensing fee. PLEASE NOTE - if you have a personal home page, but also use it to make money (whether via an affiliate program or some other means ) than your site is for-profit in my eyes, and you must pay a licensing fee to use my graphics. However, my licensing fees are VERY reasonable.

(2) You MUST link back to my site on each and every page displaying my graphics, unless it is a set where I had already added my link. The link should be made to http://lucidartist.com

(3) You may not modify or alter the graphics in any way except to add text where necessary.

(4) You may not link directly to my graphics in order to use them. You must download them to your hard drive and then upload them to your site. If you are unsure how to do this, please look within the FAQ section

(5) If you wish to purchase a set so that no one else can use it, contact me! All of my graphics are for sale.

(6) You may not re-distribute, sell or display any of my graphics in any other collection, CD, disk or any other means of archiving, including online collections.

(7) With the exception of graphics which are purchased outright, I retain all copyright to all images and coding presented on this site. No other rights, implicit or implied are granted, except by the terms of this agreement.
